You must fulfil all the following terms:

  • You are a Canada resident with a child who is below the age of 18.
  • Child’s care and upbringing is your responsibility
  • You are a Canadian for the tax purposes.
  • You and your common law partner and spouse need to meet the following condition:
  • Canadian citizen.
  • A lasting resident.
  • An endangered person.

Type Of Child Care Disability Benefit 2024

There are two main steps to follow:

  1.
