The prepaid recharges can be made using official ‘BSNL Payment Portal’ or the ‘BSNL Selfcare’ app. The customer can visit there and fill in the relevant details including number and telecom circle associated with their mobile, broadband or landline connection. The BSNL, founded in October 2000, is a public sector undertaking that directly falls within the purview of Ministry of Communications under Government of India. The BSNL’s headquarter is located in New Delhi, India. The administration of BSNL is managed by the Department of Telecommunications.
