- Visit the BSNL Online Payment Portal at portal.bsnl.in to make an online payment for larger invoices.
- Choose the Bharat fiber tab from the top menu and enter the city’s STD code along with the landline number or broadband provider, such as BSNL Bharat Fiber (FTTH).
- The landline number and the STD code shouldn’t be separated by spaces.
- Share your email id and phone number as payment receipt will be sent to the user’s credentials by BSNL.

Just to respond to consumer inquiries about BSNL services, BSNL launched an online Chabot, the BSNL Automated Virtual Assistant (BAVA), earlier this year on the company’s official website. The purpose of the Chabot is to assist users with questions they may have about BSNL services and with making online payments for their landline, broadband, and FTTH connections. By going to the customer care option on the BSNL website, consumers can access BAVA. Then follow the steps framed by me below as it will help you in BSNL fiber bill payment via your phone or a laptop.
After following the steps users can type in their questions and click “Submit.” There are many other services available on this platform as the voice assistant also has a microphone option for spoken requests. BAVA will display the customer’s name, the amount of the overdue bill, and an online payment link when customers enter their phone number in the chat box. With the help of a virtual Chabot, customers may also register or follow the status of their open complaints.
Steps to pay Bharat Fiber broadband bill via online
- You must the official website of BBPS or any third party payment app on your mobile/laptop
- Navigate to the “PAYMENTS” section and select “BILLS AND RECHARGES.”
Under “utilities and bills,” select Fiber broadband.” - Choose BSNL and select your desired plan and provide your billing account number.
- Choose a payment method from the list of accepted payment methods, which includes net banking, credit card, debit card, e-wallets, and UPI.
- After selecting your preferred method of payment, provide the relevant payment information.
